Salty Moms Community Meditation

Come join our Salty Moms community meditation in our Blissful Halotherapy Salt Room. After

you've dropped off your children at school or daycare. Thursday's at 8:30 am

Special Salt Mom Fee for this day is $10.00

Being a mom is one of the most beautiful experiences in life, however it often leaves you feeling

lonely, stressed, overstimulated and just plain tired, especially when you are not making time to

fill your cup.

Join this new Salty Mom community and connect with other Moms and bring other Mom

Friends! Make time for conversations with other Mom's, your selfcare and rejuvenation. Clear

your mind through meditation and experience the benefits of salt therapy.

1 hour and 15 minutes is set aside for time to connect within yourself and also other Mom's and

don't stress if you are running a little behind, the first 15 minutes is dedicated to meet and greet

with other Salty Moms and the meditation facilitator of that day.
